Our service includes:

• Profile page creation and customization
• Link management and analytics
• Smart link routing (Pro/Business plans)
• Contact forms (Business plan)
• Custom themes and branding options

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use all content you upload
• You agree that your content will not violate any third-party rights

Our Content:

• The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ProfileLinks
• The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission

Plan Types:

• Free Plan: Limited features, up to 5 links
• Pro Plan: €4.99/month (billed annually at €49.99), unlimited links, Smart Links
• Business Plan: €9.99/month (billed annually at €99.99), all Pro features plus contact forms

Billing Terms:

• Subscriptions are billed annually in advance
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial months or unused features
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• Your profile and links will become inaccessible
• We may delete your data after a reasonable period
• You remain liable for any charges incurred before termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
